In addition to rebuilding your tablet press, Scheu & Kniss manufactures a high tonnage press, reconditions older equipment for resale and supplies high speed presses through Elizabeth HATA.

Due to high demand and low availability Scheu & Kniss developed an enhanced copy of the older Stokes DD2 tablet press, the Sentry Press.  This machine is 100% manufactured by Scheu & Kniss in the U.S.A. and is capable of up to 20 tons compression force.  The machine was given its name, Sentry, because of its dependablity and ability to get the job done, even in the toughest environment.

Scheu & Kniss also provides tablet presses to the industry through total restoration of preowned equipment.  When available, we purchase preowned equipment and restore them to new condition.  We are able to accomplish this by using our own inventory of replacement parts and our in-house ability to machine the large castings.  This ability allows us to return the machined features to OEM specifications.
